About
I support adults navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and self-understanding. Many come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed, perhaps struggling with perfectionism, major life changes, stressful environments, many responsibilities, and the impact of traumas. These experiences may stem from difficult family and relationship dynamics, intergenerational factors, and/or experiences of marginalization. Many people are seeking a space where their cultural background, family dynamics, and lived experiences are understood and respected, as these factors often shape their current challenges and growth. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive to tailor therapy in ways that best fit you. I have training in somatic (body-focused) trauma therapies to support building self-understanding not only through thoughts and emotions, but also through the body to reconnect with sensations, intuition, and a sense of safety within.
