Together we will normalize the human experience where we will dive into the thoughts and feelings that influence maladaptive behaviors and are affecting your everyday life. Therapy is not a one size fits all so we will use different modalities to best suite your goals and treatment. My clinical orientation is rooted in supporting the development of authenticity and independence using many different theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and humanistic approach. I believe inner and interpersonal healing is central to these pursuits and ground my work in the here and now.
