My goal is to provide supportive therapeutic care and assist individuals in developing insight and skills to succeed in reaching personal goals; becoming an expert of "self". My therapeutic skills consist of humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques. Ultimately, I utilize an eclectic range of clinical tools with a holistic perspective; meeting clients’ where they are in their therapeutic journey. My experience includes supporting individuals for over 16 years, seeking help with the following concerns:
