As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide evidence-based psychotherapies for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, stress, and OCD. I have experience working with children as well as adults and families. I provide a combination of various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills. Based on your presenting concerns, we will establish a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. I am currently licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
