My approach to therapy is strengths based and client centered, providing a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for my clients to grow, change and heal. My goal is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship from which people can process feelings and relationships, feel heard and validated, create and work towards their own goals, build insight and confidence, and develop helpful skills and tools to change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors.
