I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts & Rhode Island. I work with adults, couples, children, teens and their families. My approach is unique in that it involves individual self exploration, discovery rather than diagnosis and treatment plans with a focus on overall well-being and improved mental health functioning. My work is based on relationship building which always begins with the client's relationship with self. My work with children, teens has a strong family component, my work with couples begins as individual work since evaluating and supporting each partner's mental wellbeing is of equal importance.
