I consider myself a relational therapist and believe it is a privilege to sit with people while dealing with life's challenges. Through a multi-discipline approach, integrating the practice of healthy social-emotional strategies, relational repair and positive psychology, I assist the client in their pursuit of personal growth & resolution. I work with people of all ages, individuals, couples, and families. I have a unique specialization with co-parenting dynamics and children five and under as a trained Infant Mental Health Specialist through the Harris Institute of The FSU Center for Prevention and Early Intervention Policy.
