I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Grief Recovery Method Specialist with nearly ten years of experience working with people of all ages with varying backgrounds and challenges. I have experience treating a wide range of client concerns including anxiety, depression, sleep issues, crisis due to major life changes, and relationship problems. My areas of greatest expertise include perinatal mental health (conception through postpartum/beyond) grief and loss (including perinatal loss of any kind), trauma/PTSD, attachment difficulties and parenting challenges especially with young children age 0-5.
