I am honored to help people work through difficult life experiences including: trauma (any life altering experience), anxiety/depression, IPV, OCD, ADD/ADHD, emotional regulation/ impulse control, separation/divorce, communication/conflict difficulties, expecting/ new mothers, women’s life transitions and parental stressors.
