Why do we think we are not enough? When we are first born, we are in our most authentic state of self, our true self. As we grow older, we are trained to mask our authentic self and become dependent on others' reactions as the compass for how to be, what to feel, and how to act. As our true selves fade away, we spend life strengthening our false selves while wondering why we are experiencing internal and external turmoil. As a clinician with decades of experience and a down-to-earth personality, I will work alongside you to create a happily grounded life where you like yourself, know your worth, and live each day authentically.
