My goal is to help people increase the skills they need to set them on the path for mental health recovery and encourage them to move forward on their life’s journey. I realize that when people enter into treatment they initially want to just stop the "madness", however I also help them to learn life skills, gain insight and self awareness, and learn how to stand on their own two feet in all areas of their lives.
