I am ready to help you navigate your healing journey! I have over 30 years’ experience in the mental health field and have been providing therapy services to children, adults, couples, and families. My focus now is helping adults heal from trauma and distress with online EMDR therapy. I am very passionate about helping others heal and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey. As an EMDR certified therapist and EMDRIA approved EMDR Consultant, I provide telehealth consultation hours to therapists. Through online consultation services, I help therapists deepen their understanding of EMDR therapy and its applications
