My ideal client is a person who may feel stuck in some area, haunted by the past, not understanding why the same patterns are on repeat, feeling confused and inadequate in relationships. You may be experiencing an addiction, a co-occuring disorder like ADHD, Bipolar, or maladaptive personality traits that are hard to control and make you feel hopeless. Anyone who has decided to try therapy is a person who is open, even if resistant, curious, willing to explore change, and a wonderful client to me. I can help by listening, by validating all of your feelings and accepting the past. Then we can work on developing effective skills that will change the way things are now.
