My approach to counseling is to build a trusting, working partnership with my clients to assist and support them in identifying problems and obstacles which negatively impact emotional, relational, and functional wellbeing and to find effective, practical strategies for improving quality of life. I will collaborate with you to develop an individual, and personalized plan, consistent with your values and goals, and using research-based methods to assist you in achieving long-term, positive changes. In order to do this I draw from my experiences working with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of issues and experiences.
