Whether or not this is your first time engaging in therapy, I am honored to walk alongside you in your therapy journey. I specialize in working with women, youth and families in navigating ways to increase and improve support systems. I work to empower clients to help guide the discovery process of coping skills, supports, and emotions in order to promote accomplishments to become more confident and achieve goals. I prioritize collaborative communication and the development of therapy goals in an inclusive and supportive environment. I utilize active listening and encourage self-discovery and practice of skills to meet your goals. I am a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor (RPT-S) and trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I have 30 years of experience working with trauma and PTSD diagnoses, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and ADHD in youth and families. I also help children and families understand the role that emotions play in behaviors and choices.
