I believe that therapy is an effective tool for promoting growth and fostering a greater sense of clarity and wellbeing. In addition to treating a broad range of issues, my specialty is helping people navigate difficult life transitions including but not limited to death/loss of a significant person in one's life, neonatal loss, separation and divorce and job related changes. I provide a safe, caring environment for clients to explore these areas utilizing a variety of modalities including individual, couples and family therapy.
