Do you find it challenging to prioritize your own needs? Are you exhausted by turbulent relationships? Do you struggle with a loss of a sense of self that affects your day to day life? One thing is certain: you're ready to prioritize your needs and make time for yourself. Together, we will work to enhance your connections with both yourself and others. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I derive great joy from assisting others in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs. For each client, I customize my sessions by integrating narrative therapy, Brainspotting, parts work, and various therapeutic tools.
