My clients seek my help in order to become more self-aware and to explore and change those problematic behaviors that cause unhappiness in their personal or professional lives. In our work together, I offer the support and guidance they need to understand the source of difficult emotions that underlie these behaviors. In turn, my clients learn how to be more, resilient, flexible, grounded and creative, and ultimately, become more fully engaged in their lives and relationships.
