I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a master's degree in the field and I have extensive experience working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression substance use challenges and much more. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that as humans, we have the ability to change behaviors, beliefs, and mis-information that we've picked up along the way. My job is to identify patterns or beliefs that keep you from who you want to become or how you want to feel. Therapy is a place to break free from those limiting patterns and create new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
