My ideal clients are those who may be struggling to find solid ground between where they currently find themselves and where they want to be. They could be going through a big life change, feeling disconnected in their relationships or not be able to control anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Many are competent, capable people who have been taking care of everyone else for years, only to feel as though they suddenly woke up and discovered they’d lost touch with what makes them happy. They want to feel grounded, confident, and at ease in life. They want to express themselves more clearly. I help individuals and couples navigate change, rebuild connection, and find balance. Using a collaborative, compassionate approach, I support clients in managing anxiety, healing from relational pain, and developing tools for lasting growth, clarity, and emotional resilience.
