My passion lies in working with children, young people whose brains are still developing (typically under 25), and parents seeking guidance and support. I believe our core beliefs and emotional patterns are primarily shaped by early attachment, experiences and our environment. Without the right support, these moments can often lead to anxiety, depression or relationship challenges later in life. Whether you're a young person facing difficulties or a parent feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. It's completely normal to struggle with emotional regulation and expanding your window of tolerance, both on your own or with your child. I specialize in supporting highly sensitive persons (HSPs), including children with BIG emotions, as well as teens and young adults facing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. My approach creates a safe space for exploring and embracing all parts of yourself, helping one discover solace through difficult feelings.
