I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with social, emotional or behavioral issues associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, or family issues related to parenting or marital discord. Drawing largely from the evidence-based practices of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), my goals are to help clients gain an understanding of their challenges and develop more effective coping skills. My work with teens includes helping parents to better understand their child's difficulties and learn how to best guide and support them at home and school.
