I believe in the power of continuous growth—both for myself and for the people I work with. My hope is to support clients on their journey of self-discovery as they work toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment in their lives. I am especially passionate about working with parents who feel overwhelmed or stretched thin, individuals navigating acculturation challenges, trauma survivors, and those experiencing major life transitions, grief, or loss. As a child of an immigrant family and a parent to three multicultural, multiracial children, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy space. I understand firsthand the complexities of identity, belonging, and navigating multiple cultural worlds, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
