About

I support individuals from ages 6 and up, couples, and families with generalized and acute anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a holistic and compassionate approach that includes creative outlets, play, breath work, and somatic practices along with talk therapy. I am currently serving the Los Angeles community in person in Beverly Hills and across the Sate of California remotely. I earned my Master’s degree in art therapy from The School of Visual Arts in New York, and previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New Alternatives for Children foster center.
