Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, intrusive thoughts, parenting, divorce, life transitions, or you simply feel like you need to get something out of your system and need someone to talk to, my goal is to help you identify your strengths, learn to understand yourself, accept your limits, make effective decisions, and be persistent despite obstacles. In addition to my formal education in psychology and social work with clinical concentration, I hold a Brain and Mind, EMDR and Clinical Trauma certification. My mission is to create a space for empathy, active listening, collaboration, and healing. I believe that everyone's story is unique, and it is your turn now to be heard, validated, and healed.
