I am privileged to work with individuals, couples, and families coping with major life changes, anxiety, depression, and effects of past and current trauma. I will work collaboratively with you to process sources of stress which are affecting your ability to feel present and settled in school, at home, and socially. I am also proud to provide services for individuals and families looking to work through questions and experiences related to sexual orientation and gender identity. My passion and purpose in working with someone in therapy is to empower them to develop an understanding of their needs and take action toward meeting them.
