A life-upset can elevate stress, depression, and anxiety, as well as impact one’s feelings of self-worth. Issues from the past and/or present can affect confidence in one's abilities to successfully and satisfyingly (re)adjust to life. I have partnered with many people over the years to formulate goals, build on strengths, and learn new skills, strategies, and thought patterns. I have guided people to successfully and intentionally harness their inner power to make their desired life and inner being changes. I believe that every person has that power.
