At Mack's Empowerment Counseling, we know clients do not want to be in therapy forever. I work with clients at their own pace to not only process what they are going through, but also help them be autonomous. I help clients process through their trauma or what they're going through while teaching them coping and wellness skills to take control back over their own lives. I know anything can be considered a crisis or a traumatic event and that's why I create a non-judgmental space, flexibility and adaptability to address different client needs.
