My objective is to create a consistent, trauma-informed setting for us to connect, share, and grow. My therapeutic concentrations include anxiety & depression, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, aging, and stress related to government & policy. I believe in using creative tools and stories to get our minds moving. I am especially a believer in the power of fresh air and am likely to ask if you would meet me in the park on a nice day. I love riding my bicycle and do sewing in my free time.
