I am passionate about working with kids, preteens, teens, and young adults through all of the challenges life can bring. I know that navigating pivotal and complex life stages can be complicated enough on its own - add on the factors of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or whatever pressures you are individually facing, and it can feel beyond overwhelming. I believe that people already have within themselves what they need to heal and grow, they may just need some help accessing those parts.
