Welcome. It's a huge step that you're here. Reaching out can be one of the hardest parts of asking for help. It can be overwhelming to sift through all of the therapist listings and scary to talk to a stranger about your feelings. You may even feel like you don’t deserve help. You do. You deserve a space where you are safe to express your emotions, your needs, and your fears. You deserve to set goals, work towards what you want, and have boundaries.
