I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), whose mission is to assist individuals in enhancing their skills to help them through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, and OCD. It is my goal to offer a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their emotions and overcoming obstacles. I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, understanding space for clients. I use a collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques when working with clients. These two orientations help clients build practical skills, develop an understanding of thinking patterns, and create meaningful change.
