Starting this journey can be scary. Seeking mental health services for you, or your child, may feel overwhelming and anxiety provoking. However, I want to commend you for taking the first step towards change and healing. In my practice, I work with individuals from early childhood to adulthood. My areas of specialty are complex trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues and depression. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and strive to offer a safe, inclusive environment- as well as ensure a trauma-informed approach with all clients. I believe clients should always drive treatment and use a variety of techniques to meet my client's needs including: EMDR, Play Therapy & Solution Focused Therapy.
