I believe I am effective working with individuals impacted by anxiety, life transitions and trauma, joining you as you heal and grow. Also, I have experience with families and parents looking for support as they navigate ADHD and learning disabilities in their children. I enjoy working with couples to enhance their relationship, working through difficulties and adding meaningful interactions back into their lives. I also can be helpful working with parents that are considering or have completed a separation but would like to optimize their coparenting to lessen the effects on their children. For all of your mental health needs, I want to join you as you navigate to better understanding of your past, present and where you want to go in the future. My goal is to allow you a safe and trusted environment from which you can find comfort and build on your own inner strength.
