I believe that every person deserves to feel heard and understood, and to know that they matter. I strive to help my clients move toward positive, long-lasting change. I recognize the importance of honoring client individuality, which ensures treatment that is tailored to each client’s specific needs. I am passionate about providing high-quality, strengths-based care to all clients and their families, and I believe a genuine therapeutic relationship is a key ingredient for all therapeutic change. I am a licensed psychologist and earned my doctorate (PsyD) and master’s (MA) degrees in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis. I love opportunities to express my creativity, such as decorating my home and writing short stories for my nieces and nephews. My favorite at-home activity is cuddling with my kitties, Sarabi and Walter.
