I am so glad that you are here and are reaching out for support and connection. I'm passionate about working with deeply feeling, twice-exceptional, and neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults. If you are someone looking to increase your feelings of connection, regulation, and belonging, then we may be a good fit to work together. In my therapy space, I work to create an atmosphere of safety and coziness. I am an attachment-focused, expressive arts therapist who works with kids (ages three and up), teens, and adults. Some of the approaches that I incorporate are play therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, and art-based interventions. I also bring in elements of DBT, narrative therapy, and parts-work.
