I’m Maggie Panageas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to teens and adults. I specialize helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, gender identity, and feelings of loneliness. Sometimes life circumstances, such as a difficult childhood, divorced parents, social isolation, or trauma can leave us feeling alone and without hope. It is the human desire for connection - first to ourselves by learning to accept and love ourselves and second by developing positive and healthy relationship with others that draws many of us to therapy.
