I am overwhelmed,tired,and I do not seem to find a way out of this. Everything seems gloomy and dull. It was never like this. What Happened? I am lost and I can not talk to anyone about this. I try sometimes, but it is so much deeper than anyone thinks. If you can relate to this statement, know that you are not alone. There is hope.
