Using a creative and empathic approach, I will work with you to identify the roots of your struggle. Together we will understand and heal your symptoms, making room for more effective, balanced and joyful strategies in your life. I specialize in helping with anxiety, trauma, body issues, childhood abuse and neglect, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues and many other challenges. My therapeutic style is non-judgemental, empathic, warm and creative. Many of my clients are spiritual, in the LGBTQIA+ community, medical and mental health providers and creatives. EMDR certified, EMDRIA consultant in training, Ketamine -assisted psychotherapist, Clinical hypnotherapist and Certified sandplay therapist. Depending on a client's needs and interests, I love interweaving these approaches with Person-Centered Therapy, guided meditation, parts work/Ego State therapy, Virtual Reality Therapy and Sandtray therapy.
