Creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable with developing your journey to work on persisting barriers, reconnecting with your inner strengths and embracing your present and your future with regained confidence. I believe we can work collaboratively through short or long-term treatment interventions towards your goals. I have experience working with depression, grief, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relationship conflict and LGBTQIA+ challenges.
