I work with clients who are tired of sabotaging the potential for their happiness and success. Many of my clients come to therapy due to experiencing chronic anxiety and depression, people pleasing behaviors, self-doubt and low self-esteem, problems with interpersonal relationships, lack of purpose and direction, and difficulty coping after significant life changes or after experiencing traumatic events. I aim to help clients who struggle to manage extreme emotions and negative thoughts to develop adaptive skills to respond to stress and conflict rather than continuing with the same destructive actions that only worsen the problem.
