I believe in helping an individual find their voice, build their self-confidence, self-worth and self-direction. In this I am highly driven to assist an individual in advocating for themselves and identifying their positive qualities. I'm actively working toward obtaining my Sandtry Therapy Certification to deepen clinical skills & enhance the therapeutic experience for my clients. I have an extensive history working within the mental health field working with adults, experiencing various challenges, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and relationship issues. I am trained in TRET (AIT and EFT), IFS.
