Each person is unique. Therefore, my approach is holistic, person centered, and strength based. I am trained in an array of evidence based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I often utilize Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy so you will see results QUICKLY. It is my passion to embark on a journey of wellness with each of my clients, by hearing their story and finding meaning and purpose of their life circumstances while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. While my expertise is in trauma and complicated grief, I have much experience working with behavioral health crisis, family reunification, severe and persistent mental illness, and addictions.
