Do you want to take a deep and curious look into your life but are not sure where to start? Would you like to have a stronger sense of purpose but are not sure how? I believe people have an incredible potential for being empowered, though at times the right kind of support is needed to tap into that potential. I want to help you be in touch with your own values and discover what is important in life, something that can mean different things to different people. I can help you connect with yourself and find the best way to connect with others. Our time together will emphasize your strengths while we work towards relief and healing. Providing support for life changes, social struggles, identity/purpose exploration, anxiety, depression, and more. I rely on existential, Jungian, and cognitive behavioral approaches, depending on your needs. Together we will work on giving a voice to your story and reaching greater satisfaction, comfort, etc. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
