Everyday life can be a struggle and sometimes we find ourselves finding ways to sooth or cope with them. I want to work people suffering from addiction (dependency) and address the anxiety and depression symptoms. It is very difficutl to identify character weaknesses in oneself, and asking for help can also be terrifying. Finding someone that you can trust and allowing you to grow and identify and reflect upon these weaknesses can be a challenge. The counselor-client relationship is essential in helping you begin your journey. I enjoy working with people to complete necessary counseling sessions to get License Reinstated I follow the harm reduction or abstence based models depending on your goals. I use stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational enhancement to help you achieve the goals of reduced substance use or abstinence. I provided integrated treatment therefore reducing triggers that co occurring issues can create.
