I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and focused on you. Our connection is at the heart of the work we do together. My role is to walk beside you, offering understanding, respect, and encouragement as you grow and heal. I use a variety of approaches and theoretical orientation depending on your needs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through trauma. Every person’s journey is unique, and I will work with you to find the path that feels right for you—one that builds on your strengths and helpsyou move toward healing and resilience.
