I’m an enthusiastic, creative, and caring clinician with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston. I’m working toward my LMHC and am a licensed school social worker. I bring a wide range of experience supporting clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, anger, grief, self-esteem issues, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, and other life transitions. While I have a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health, I’m passionate about supporting clients across all stages of life. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered approach.
