When struggling on life's path, talking with a professional offers support, helping to make changes when we feel stuck. I work with those experiencing depression,anxiety or unable to reach life goals. also, with those mandated for treatment due to DUI, or family members struggling with addiction. I provide a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate environment to explore; family relationships, marital discord, work environment issues, adolescent peer group issues such as; alcohol/drug abuse and assistance in increasing self esteem. My style is warm and engaging. My therapeutic dynamics are based on a collaborative effort using supportive therapy, solution based therapy with cognitive behavioral techniques.
