I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and couples. My approach is an eclectic and heart-centered approach, which is based on creating a safe environment for people to explore whatever issues interfere with their ability to live the life they want to live. My approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential, Solution Focused, Relational, Interpersonal, Humanistic and Complementary orientations to psychotherapy. I am also trained in Biofeedback and Hypnosis.
