Are your relationships struggling? Are you looking to find better ways to communicate your needs? Often in relationships we forget that we have to continue getting to know one another - even if we have been together for years. Sometimes we put everyone and everything before our relationship, including our children. I work with couples and individuals navigating these life changes, who want to continue to grow in their relationships and on an individual level. Outside of my work with couples, I also work well with individuals who find themselves struggling with anxiety and depression and who want to find peace in their mind. In my work experience in private practice, I have helped individuals work on ways to cope through their anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with couples and individuals who are looking to grow in a positive way forward. I work with children ages 12+ experiencing anxiety and depression. Adolescents have a special place in my heart as a therapist.
